In 2007 WATERisLIFE drilled their first well at Maisha Orphanage in Kisumu, Kenya. WATERisLIFE continues to work in the Kisumu area and Maasai villages in southern Kenya, which are in dire need of water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) programs. WATERisLIFE also provides WASH solutions in the Loitokitok District in Amboseli and in the Magadi and Isinya regions.
